I'm a strength and conditioning coach from the UK with 15 years of sports coaching experience.


Before starting my own business, I was a professional American Football player in the US and Europe. I had the privilege of working with top level athletes and professionals on both sides of the Atlantic.

  • I have a BSc in Sports Coaching and a MA in Sports History. 

  • I have trained successful athletes in American football, rugby, basketball, triathlon, roller derby and rinkball

  • I'm the head coach of Finland Women's Rugby 7s National Team

I value movement efficiency highly in training athletes. People who are able to move quickly and efficiently in all directions whilst they play have a huge advantage over those who cannot. When you can exert large forces quickly and efficiently then you are making the most of your potential and your performances on the field, court or pitch will improve.
